In today’s price-competitive market and litigious society, carriers are using ISO and Proprietary endorsements to carve out integral parts of the CGL policy, often leaving your client with little or no coverage for exposures normally covered. Over the past five years, Steve had collected a large number of “nasty” endorsements that your client would not want on their policies if they have a choice. In this class, we will identify them, determine whether they can be removed, or fully disclose their impact on the applicable coverage form to the client. Removing one word from the CGL policy can ruin your clients' coverage.
