This course will help insurance professionals learn how to insure building projects using Builders Risk coverage forms.  We will discuss some of the pitfalls to using Commercial Property Policies to cover construction and renovation projects.  We will then discuss some of the features to look for in a Builders Risk Policy and some of the important coverages that should be considered.
