Upon completion of this class, managers and supervisors will have the tools to take steps to initiate their own internal E&O loss control program in their agency and/or department. Non-management employees will feel empowered to approach management with a plan for creating a loss control program. This course is open to everyone and does satisfy the CPIA Update requirement.
