Ethics For You and Your Office

Participants will be able to respond to questions also identify the key impacts of not being Ethical. Significant Ethical culture upon an organization will be discussed as to the impact of the law and rules within the agency and insurance agent’s roles. We will also discuss the responsibilities due the consumer and/or the impact to the consumer/public should we not follow the ethical standards in our industry and the public perception.
